At Hello Flowers!, we believe we are in the business of bringing happiness. The following terms and conditions have thus been written to help you have a delightful experience with us.

1. USE OF THIS WEBSITE AND OUR OTHER ONLINE PLATFORMS
helloflowers.sg is a website operated by Hello Flowers!
By using this website, any products and/or services made available through it or by transacting through or on it, you are agreeing to the following clauses.

Any images, designs, names, logos, information or any other items posted on our website should not be copied and reconstructed without our prior written permission.
As with anyone else in this industry, we do not just sell flowers, we are artists who take pride in every flower arrangement we create. Each bouquet is a piece of art in itself. As such, we seek your understanding to refrain from appropriating these images or content as your own.
1.3. FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
We thrive on your feedback and love to receive your reviews. If you have any issues with your products, kindly drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org before leaving your reviews on our review platforms, including but not limited to this website, Google reviews, Facebook and Instagram. Given that flowers are perishable products, contacting us as soon as possible will allow us to respond more quickly and provide you with a satisfactory answer (see clause 2.6 for more on this).
2. ONLINE ORDERS
2.1. OUR FLOWERS
Each floral arrangement we create is one-of-a kind and customised according to your selected colour theme, style and bouquet size. Your final product will vary from the images on our website in terms of floral choice and composition but it will definitely match your purchased value. We make no representations that the product is going to be exactly what you see online.
Flowers are natural products and may possess slight imperfections, but this is what makes them real and beautiful. We work with our partner flower nurseries to ensure you receive the freshest in-season flowers. We also treat your flowers with lots of tender loving care and make sure they leave our studio in the best condition possible.
2.1.1. Colour Discrepancies
We understand that everyone may have a different perception of a particular colour. The colour and visual appearance of flowers may also differ under various lighting. If you have a specific shade of colour in mind, please contact us at email@example.com before making your purchase.
2.1.2. Flower Care
You can help your flowers last longer by giving them some tender loving care too. Visit our flower care page for some useful tips. Do note that the longevity of your flowers will depend on the type of flowers used.
2.2. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS
Some of the products on our site belong to third-party providers. While we only feature products that we like and recommend, we are not responsible for any and all liability, including any express or implied warranties, whether oral or written, for such third party products.
2.3. ORDER AND PAYMENT
2.3.1 Placing an Order
Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend your order before submission. Please review your order carefully.
All prices on our website are quoted in SGD and include free delivery.
We accept payment via Stripe (which accepts most major credit cards), Paynow and Grabpay.
2.3.3. Unable to Fulfil Your OrderIf we are unable to supply you with a product, where, for example,
- the product is not in stock or no longer available; or
- we cannot meet your requested delivery date; or
- there is an error in the price on our site,
you will be informed by email and text message, and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, the full amount (including any delivery costs charged) will be refunded back to you.
If for some reason you would like to cancel an order, it needs to be made at least 1 business day (i.e. 24 hours excluding weekends, public holidays and off-days) before the delivery date (unless otherwise stated).
To make a cancellation, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation will not be possible after your order has been dispatched and/or delivered.
2.4.1. Cancellation of Flowers
Should you wish to cancel a confirmed order for flowers, 50% of the purchase value will be charged as the flowers are perishable and cannot be put up for resale.
In the event of a cancellation made less than 1 business day (i.e. 24 hours excluding weekends, public holidays and off-days) before the delivery date (unless otherwise stated), the entire purchase price will be forfeited.
3. THE FINE FINE PRINT
3.1. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
We only supply flowers and products for personal use. You agree not to use any of the flowers or products for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
3.2. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act or otherwise.
However, if you have made an order on behalf of someone else, the recipient of your gift will have the benefit of our warranty under these terms and conditions. Neither of us need their consent to cancel or make any changes to these terms.
3.3. CHANGES IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the rights to vary these terms and conditions anytime. If your order is affected by the variation of our terms and conditions, we will contact you to give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and let you know how to cancel your order if you are not happy with the changes.
Each paragraph of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
3.5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Please note that these terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law. This means a contract for the purchase of products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by Singapore law.
All disputes, controversies or differences arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall first be submitted for mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) in accordance with SMC’s Mediation Procedure in force for the time being. Both you and us agree to participate in the mediation in good faith and undertake to abide by the terms of any settlement reached.
