TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 Cancellation

Cancellation has to be made at least 1 working day before delivery date. In the event of a cancellation after an order confirmation, 50% of the total value will be charged. Cancellation will not be allowed after the item has been dispatched or delivered.

2 Deliveries for Orders Placed After Cut-Off Times (For same day and next day deliveries)

Orders are only be eligible for their respective delivery slots. For orders that opt for an ineligible delivery slot after the cut-off time, they will automatically be rescheduled for the next earliest delivery slot. (i.e. The earliest delivery slot for orders placed after 9pm is 2pm - 5pm the next day. If the 10:30am - 2pm slot is selected, the order will be delivered at 2pm - 5pm). 

3 Peak Period Delivery

For peak seasons like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, additional surcharge for delivery will be imposed.

4 Changes In Delivery Timing

Any changes made to the delivery timing has to be done at least 24 hours in advance. After which, any changes are subject to an additional fee of $10 once delivery has been arranged.

5 Delivery Time Slots

Our regular deliveries can only be done within a three hour time-slot and we are unable to guarantee the exact time that your order will reach you. If you require your order to reach you at a specific time, please contact us at hello@helloflowers.sg. Otherwise, please allow for some buffer time as our delivery runners ferry the item to your recipient.

6 Redirection or Redelivery of Orders

In the instance that your recipient is not home and you require a redelivery or redirection of orders, a surcharge of $10 will be applicable. If redelivery is to be made after the next working day, an additional 25% of your original order will be chargeable as we will have to replace your order to ensure that the freshest flowers are sent to your recipient. 

 

P.S. While we will jump through hoops to locate the intended recipient at the delivery address, please ensure that he/she will be at the delivery address on the date and time stated. Otherwise we might not be able to deliver the flowers personally.
